Shipping Policies

  • Only one promo code per order.
  • All sales are final, no refunds, or exchanges unless formula is defective.
  • Polishes are made in small batch which means there may be a slight color difference. We do our best to make sure your polish matches exactly what you see in our listings. Please note computer screens, and mobile devices may make polish color look differently than what you see in person.
  • Orders will ship within 3 1/2 weeks AFTER preorder closes.
  • Shipping can take 3-5 business days via USPS First Class. Please note International customers it could take up to 30 days to receive your order.
  • Customs/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your polish arrives broken or you're missing items please email taylor@wildflowerlacquer.com within 24 hours of your order being delivered. Please include pictures of your broken polish, and packaging, or what items you did receive. Once your package leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for it. We will not cover shipping if your package is returned, and will require shipping to be paid if shipped back out.
  • If USPS loses your package please open a missing package search. If they’re unable to locate your package please email us, and we will refund or replace your order.
  • We do not hold orders.
  • Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders being sent to the wrong address. We will not refund shipping costs for returned packages. We require the customer pay for shipping to send the package back out to the correct address.
